you have totally no control of the ambient light
Aura Studio 2, is an amazing looking speaker and has good sound quality,but the ambient light is a massive let down, it does not dance to the sound of the music so you could be playing rock or classical and the light show will stay the same, the light shows seems to be pre-set, and is so annoying, as every 10 to 15 seconds it goes off then comes back on again, this is so distracting that i cant really enjoy my music, i have to put mine in a cupboard and had to use one of my other speakers, hopefully Harman Kardon, will bring out firmware to up-date this,in the mean time its staying in my cupboard, if i had of know this there is no way i would have bought this Aura Studio 2 .

Je l'ai vu et j'ai craqué immédiatement....c'est magnifique et le son extra, la connection bluetooth est simple....mais il faut en prendre deux !!! pour un son stéréo ça doit être magique !!! affaire à suivre....

Great unit
Fantastic sound, through my apple device (Bluetooth) but as you might expect, problematic with windows, (Bluetooth) device does not connect, expects it to be plugged in!
As such I have not been able to make equaliser adjustments, but it's early day's, this'll be easily sorted.

Edler Klang - eingeschränkte Möglichkeiten
Der Klang ist super und die Leistung überzeugt ebenfalls. Das Gerät stelle ich gerne bei mir hin.
Preislich etwas teuer.
Via Bluetooth finde ich die Stufen der Lautstärke zu gross, da würde ich mir feinere Schritte wünschen. Darum war es für den nächtlichen Podcast ungeeignet (entweder zu laut oder zu leise).
Technisch relevante Funktionen fehlen mir, nicht mal per App kann ich den Speaker für meine Zwecke konfigurieren.
Gerne würde ich einstellen, nach wie viel Inaktivität es sich ausschaltet oder ob ein Ton beim Ein-/Ausschalten zu hören sein soll (mich stört so etwas).
Das Licht ist nette Spielerei, benötige ich nicht. Das sind Gründe, warum ich auf eine anderes umsteigen werde.
Musik hören macht wirklich Spass - satter Bass.

Great sound but also the perfect fly-trap
This speaker sound great and looks amazing. One of the best looking speakers I have seen. The fact that it turns off by itself is a little annoying but I can live with it. There are however some downsides to the stunning design. Its a perfect fly-trap. House flies are attracted to the light inside and walk down the little tunnel. They are then unable to get out and leave little marks (fly p00p?) all inside the dome. It took me 15min of shaking it with the Dyson facing down the tunnel to get the little guys out. For all of this hassle I think it should come with a 'Dinesh warranty' where Mr Paliwal turns up in person to clean it for you.
At least update the firmware to disable the auto-off for us. Do a button combo to enable/disable auto off.

I love you
Super enceinte. Un son tellement pur et un design élégant pour un salon. Je recommande.
En revanche, c’est la deuxième AURA que j’achete, ne pas pousser le son à fond (genre pendant 6 h d’affilés sur plusieurs jours dans le temps) ce n’est pas une enceinte de discothèque.

This is a very poor product, the sound is perfect BUT if left alone for 30 minutes or thereabouts, it does not go into standby mode it SHUTS DOWN and you need to then physically approach the speaker and turn it back on so that it will connect to your device and you can start playing music, when i purchased this i was told i could just come home from work select music on my iPhone and it would play, such a misleading thing, it doe snot do this at all

You can pair the Aura Studio 2 in bluetooth with another source only as a phone or a tablet, you cannot pair it with a Go+Play.

Is that's stuff can work with turntable pt-1000 as a studio speakera?

The Aura Studio 2 could be used with a turntable through the AUX port, you will likely have to use a Phono Pre-amplifier between the turntable and speaker.

Zit er een energiebesparing functie op deze speaker? Als hij erop zit, kan je hem uitschakelen? Met energiebesparingsfunctie bedoel ik, als ik hem aanzet, blijft hij dan aan staat tot ik hem handmatig uitzet? Wil hem aan mijn tv koppelen.

Er zit inderdaad een standby modus op de AURA STUDIO 2. Deze zal geactiveerd worden na enkele minuten zonder geluid. Zolang er geluid afgespeeld wordt zal de AURA STUDIO 2 niet in standby modus gaan.

Hi, Can you please tell me how to disable the 'sounds effects' on my Aura Studio 2?(i.e. the sounds that are automatically played when the unit is powered on and when the user turns up/down the volume) many thanks in advance

Unfortunately this speaker doesn't have any function where you can turn off the speakers audio prompts.

Wie soll der 'hands free' Modus funktionieren? Dies ist nirgends beschrieben auch nicht in den oberen Angaben auf die immer wieder verwiesen wird. Es wäre schon zu erwarten das bei einem 300€ Produkt,eine Anleitung dabei wäre

Hallo, ik heb al een tijdje geleden deze speaker gekocht. Ben er heel tevreden mee, maar ik heb een probleempje. Als ik de speaker wil koppelen via Bluetooth op mijn pc, verbindt hij deze via 'spraak' ipv 'audio'. Wat moet ik doen?

Het zal tussen de instellingen van Bluetooth kunnen staan op de verbonden laptop zelf, om deze ook te selecteren voor muziek doeleinden. Daarnaast, let er op dat de Bluetooth profielen up to date moeten zijn, met name de profielen A2DP en AVRCP. Vaak kunnen de laatste drivers voor Bluetooth dan oplossing bieden en deze zijn vaak te vinden op de download sectie van de website van de fabrikant van uw laptop. Probeer dus ook de laatste drivers te installeren voor de Bluetooth van de laptop.
